Every person in America has a vital interest in stopping Common Core, a top-down, one-size-fits-all government takeover of our education system.
Instead of teaching critical thinking and problem solving, Common Core stresses the lowest common denominator, punishes achievement, and forces all students to conform to government standards.
Our future depends on the next generation being able to solve the serious problems we face, and substandard government-run education will only make things worse. As if that's not enough, Common Core creates a data-mining program to track every child from pre-school on.
